Cre8in is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For all data protection queries, requests, and concerns, please contact us at admin@cre8in.com.

We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer. All data protection matters are handled directly at the contact address above.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.

Right to Erasure (Article 17)

You have the right to request that we delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. If you can still log in, you can do this from Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you no longer have access to your account, you can submit a deletion request on our account deletion page.

Right of Access (Article 15)

You have the right to ask us for a confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is used. To submit an access request, email us at admin@cre8in.com. We will verify your identity before releasing any data.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

• If you are logged in: go to Settings → Privacy & Safety → Export My Data to request an automated JSON export. The file will be delivered to your registered email address.
• If you do not have access to your account: email us at admin@cre8in.com and we will process your request manually after verifying your identity.

Right to Rectification (Article 16)

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. If you are logged in, you can update your profile information directly in the app. Alternatively, email us at admin@cre8in.com.

Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18)

In certain circumstances you have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your personal data — for example, while the accuracy of data is being contested, or while an objection is being assessed. To submit a restriction request, email admin@cre8in.com.

Right to Object (Article 21)

You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for that processing. To submit an objection, email admin@cre8in.com.

Right to Withdraw Consent (Article 7(3))

Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. If you are logged in, you can withdraw consent for marketing emails from Settings → Notifications. For all other consent withdrawals, email admin@cre8in.com.

How Long We Take to Respond

We will respond to all rights requests within one calendar month of receipt, in accordance with Article 12 of UK GDPR. For requests that are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further two months. If we need to extend the deadline, we will let you know within the first month and explain why.

We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Right to Complain to the ICO

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data or your rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection in the UK.

We would always prefer the opportunity to address your concern directly before you contact the ICO. Please reach out to us first at admin@cre8in.com.
